Pete has been involved in the tertiary education sector as a consultant, leader, programme and assessment developer, examiner and teacher for over 20 years.
He specialises in helping tertiary education organisations improve their provision of education, navigate the regulatory landscape, and build staff capability.
His background in English language teaching to speakers of other languages, combined with experience across multiple industries, has given him insight into how quality management, programme and assessment design, and regulatory compliance work in practice.
Pete holds a first class honours degree from the Open University in the UK, the Certificate and Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults, and unit standards 4098 Use standards to assess candidate performance, 11551 Moderate assessment and 11552 Design and evaluate assessment materials.
